These terms govern the use of the website https://vilamotorcenter.com and workshop appointment requests made to [to be confirmed] (hereinafter Vila Motor Center), tax ID (NIF) [to be confirmed], with registered address at [to be confirmed].

By booking an appointment you accept these terms. If you have any question before doing so, call us on [to be confirmed].

Booking an appointment is free and requires no deposit, prepayment or commitment to buy. It reserves a slot in the workshop diary for the service you choose; the diagnosis, the quote and the work itself are agreed with you at the workshop before anything is done.

Published durations and guide prices are indicative. If the bike needs something different from what was planned, we will tell you, and no additional work will be carried out without your go-ahead.

Please make sure the details in your request (bike, registration plate, mileage and contact) are correct: they are what we use to prepare your visit and reach you if anything changes.

You can ask us to change or cancel your appointment from the link in your confirmation email or through any of our contact channels. This is a request: the slot is changed or released once the workshop confirms it, and we will let you know.

We undertake to reply to change or cancellation requests within 24 working hours at most. If you cannot make it, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

For enquiries, incidents or complaints you can call [to be confirmed] or come to the workshop in person. Every request receives a reference number and a reply within 24 working hours at most.

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request at our premises. You will find full details on the customer service and complaints page, linked in the footer of every page.

The online shop is not yet open. The terms covering purchases, delivery, withdrawal, returns and warranty will be published on this page when the shop goes live, and no sales term that is not published here will apply.

In the meantime, parts and accessories are sold only at our premises.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by consumer protection legislation. Without prejudice to your rights as a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the owner’s registered address.

This is version 0.1 of the terms, in force since 1 September 2026. Changes will be published on this page and will not affect appointments requested before they take effect.
